Sounds From The Ground

During both work and freelance hours, I typically listen to the likes of Soma while on the computer.  I have found that the music is creatively inspiring but not distracting like a top 40 station would be.  The self-titled creators of warm, deep, and funky eletronic music, Sounds From The Ground, surely deserves a spot on your playlist.

The Terra Firma release is my personal favorite of all of their releases.  It has a haunting theme throughout for me, highlighted with tunes such as “Drugstore” and “Rye”.  Having said that, I have all of the albums loaded into the frequently played list and have found this group to be one of the few where I can listen to the entire CD over and over again without wanting to stab my earholes with a shovel.

Pick up a CD or two
