Istanbul by Boogie

I got word from one of my favorite photographers that he has a new project now available for consumption.  Those who know me know that one of my favorite photographers is Boogie.  I find his work compelling and high powered and have always enjoyed following his ability to capture real life.  So word of a new Boogie book was exciting and welcomed.

From the Upper Playground site:

The second volume in the famed street photographer’s city series, Boogie’s newest collection comes from the streets of Istanbul. During a week-long stay in the city, Boogie shot over 15 hours a day on a mission to capture as much of the city as he possibly could. The results are 96 pages of Boogie’s first impression of Istanbul; what the city looks like, feels like and gives off to a tourist in just one week. As with all of Boogie’s photos, this collection captures the in-your-face nature of what the urban experience holds.

Go get yours.
